In taking a study abroad course in Copenhagen under DIS (Danish Institute for Study Abroad) this furniture piece was created. Throughout the course, the focus centered on learning about Scandinavian design and implementing its qualities into the design of a chair. The Shrug Chair aims to show the humble and honest qualities quintessential to Danish design.
